Pet Limits

• Maximum of two pets per apartment home.
• 100 lb weight limit.

Pet Screening Requirements

Our management firm uses PetScreening.com to screen pets requesting to reside in our communities. The service manages animal records, including validating reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals.

This process helps residents understand community pet policies and helps the property team manage animal records.

Who Needs a Profile?

All current and future residents must create a PetScreening.com profile, even if they will not have a pet in their apartment.

Fido Scores

Residents with a pet will receive a Fido Score after completing their PetScreening.com profile. The Fido Score determines whether a pet is accepted and which fees apply.

Profile Fees and Updates

Applicants and residents are responsible for the PetScreening.com profile fee. Please complete all profile fields to receive an accurate Fido Score.

If additional details are added later and result in a higher Fido Score, a refund will not be issued for the difference.

Pet Fees, Deposits, and Rent

Pet Fee and Deposit

• $200 non-refundable pet fee.
• $200 pet deposit per pet.

Monthly Pet Rent

Pet rent is $30 per pet, per month and will be added to the lease agreement.

Breed Restrictions

The following dog breeds and mixes are restricted:

• German Shepherd / Shepherd mix
• Chow / Chow mix
• Anatolian Shepherd
• American Pit Bull
• Akita / Akita mix
• Wolf dogs / Wolf hybrids
• Rottweiler / Rottweiler mix
• Bullmastiff
• Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Additional Pet Restrictions

• No reptiles are accepted.
• No pets with communicable diseases, illnesses, or medical conditions are accepted.
